*Open Oceans Product & Livestock Policy*
Please Read Complete Guidelines
Refunds-  There are no refunds or exchanges on products (products- defined as anything other than livestock).  Once an item
is purchased, the sale is final.  If the product is defective, provide us with the product, sales receipt, and we will contact the
manufacturer to resolve the issue.  Once we have resolved the issue, we will replace the product with a new one, or follow the
manufacturers policy/procedure.

Livestock-  Open Oceans Fish Guarantee:
Fish (
Excluding: Corals, Invertebrates, Sharks & Shark Eggs, Eels, Sea Horses) have a 24 hour replacement policy.  If a fish
should die within a 24 hour period, a replacement fish (same fish) will be given to the customer.  If the replacement fish is not in
stock, an order will be placed and the customer will be contacted once it arrives.  

*The Customer Must Provide The Following:
1- A Sales receipt
2- A Sample of tank water
3- The dead fish returned in a small bag
*We will do a complete water test to determine the outcome*
*Nitrates
must read below 40ppm, and Nitrites must read 0*
*Ammonia
must read 0*
*Alkalinity
must read 180 - 300*
*PH
must read 8.2 - 8.4*

*Water Salinity is set to: 1.024 - 1.025 (in our livestock units and coral tank).  We are not responsible for any loss if customer's
salinity is lower, or if customer did not acclimate (fish) appropriately.

the customer should follow the same acclimation process as fish.*
