Caring for Corals
FACT!  The average reef-keeper spends much of their time experimenting with many products when it comes
to feeding their corals.  Guess what...You are spending too much of your time and money!

FACT!  The average reef-keeper does not realize that MOST products on the market can be problematic with
regards to preservatives (which cause undesirable algae growth, and negative water parameters).  In
addition, the average reef-keeper overfeeds!

FACT!  Corals need more than light to live and flourish.  When replicating a reef environment, the hobbyist
must provide food for their corals.  Corals in their natural setting feed upon suspension particles in the water
column (Plankton, Phytoplankton).  Some corals with large polyps will eat small fish or brine shrimp.
Although the hobbyist should provide the necessary lighting needs for their corals, they must also provide a
food source.
